Cynthia has been developing her consulting practice in Staffing Solutions which includes; management, training, and recruiting, & consulting for more than 18 years. Her background and experience provide clients with a unique combination of Recruiting and Strategic Staffing expertise, Leadership Consulting & Coaching, as well as Program Development as it relates to staffing.

As a Staffing Solutions Consultant, Cynthia works with clients to enhance all or various parts of their recruitment process, by assisting all areas of business in their effort to secure and retain Top Talent. She partners with Executive Management teams to generate strategically focused staffing roadmaps, sourcing models, solutions that address corporate diversity staffing initiatives and company-wide training programs that build effective organizational teams.
